If you're looking for an affordable, easy to use program that will allow you to create and edit videos, Premiere Elements can be an excellent choice. While this program doesn't include all the bells and whistles that professional videographers might need, it's excellent for creating videos to post on You Tube and for many other purposes. If you enjoy making digital videos as a hobby, this program is likely to have all of the tools you need. - posted by Mary G. White

Photoshop Elements is a very useful graphics program for most users. While professional photographers and graphic artists may need the more powerful (and more expensive) full version of Photoshop, element is ideal for the majority of users. Digital photography hobbyists can really accomplish a lot with this program, and it's easy to use. - posted by Mary G. White
